  1. A) What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

We ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is usually between 4-6 days after placing the order and it depends on the following factors:

- Availability of the product

- The type of product and whether it includes personalisation which might increase the delivery time to 7-9 days

- The destination to which you want the order shipped to

You can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) on the 'My Orders' section of your Untwine Me account on our website or mobile site.

 

  1. B) What is the replacement process for orders ?

Untwine Me's Replacement Guarantee depends on the product category. Products are eligible for replacement if they are Damaged or Defective.

Here’s how you can raise a return request in a few simple steps:

  1. Create a ‘Return Request’

- Login to your Untwine Me account

- Go to My Orders

- Choose the item you wish to return or exchange

- Fill in the details

- Choose Request Return

  1. Pickup arranged

Once the return has been approved, the originally delivered item will be picked up

  1. Replacement initiated

In most cases, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other cases, the replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.

  1. C) What is the Returns Policy period for my order?

At Untwine Me, we understand how much you value every purchase and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition, you can get a replacement at no extra cost under our Replacement Guarantee. Raise a request within 7 days from when the order was delivered in order to initiative the return.

Once you’ve raised a Replacement request, the item will be picked up and a replacement/exchange will be shipped to you.

In case a replacement cannot be issued, a refund will be provided.

  1. D) When is the return of an item not possible?

We cannot accept returns of item(s) in the following cases:

  1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
  2. When any consumable item has been used or installed
  3. When anything is missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
  4. When non-returnable items are involved such as personalised items etc.
  5. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers
  6. When the return period of 7 days has elapsed
  1. E) When is the cancellation of an item not possible?

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation of items is not possible.

  1. F) What are the refund timelines if I cancel or return a product?

The refund timelines will depend on the payment modes as listed below:

Debit card - 7-9 Business days

Credit - 7-9 Business days

Netbanking - 3-7 business days

COD - IMPS, 1 Business days

EMI (Standard+No cost+Debit card) - 7- 9 Business days

Gift Card - 48 hours

PhonePe:

PhonePe wallet - 48 hours

PhonePe UPI - 2 business days

PhonePe Credit/Debit card - 7 business days

Note: Refunds will be credited to the payment source used at the time of placing an order.

The mode of refund in case of payment through 'Cash on Delivery' will be IMPS
